With the imported oven at the entrance, stepping into Voila's French bakery, café and bistro essence of fresh bread fills the newly opened Allen location.

Applying a traditional European method, this bakery uses a fermentation tank to produce the bread starter, which adds a distinctive taste. And the appliances aren't the European import: Co-owner and Master Baker Jean-Christophe Blanc, formerly of Eatzi's, is the real deal. Blanc learned the tradition of bread-baking in France. Try their brioche, Fougasse and almond croissants. Tres magnifique!
