Owner and Master Baker Jean-Christophe Blanc trained in Bourg en Bresse, France, and supervised bread production for the 1996 Olympics before opening here in March 2006. Using traditional European techniques and equipment, Blanc makes Artisan Breads, Pastries, Danishes, and Crepes from scratch daily. You’ll also find scrumptious breakfasts, a fresh salad and sandwich bar, soups, and European-style ice cream cups. There are coffees, espressos, and cappuccinos for the breakfast bunch and Perrier, sodas, juices, and teas for the lunch and early dinner crowds. Bon appétit!

If you haven’t visited Voila! you’re miss-ing one of the best new places! Jean-Christophe Blanc, owner and Master Baker crafts the breads using European technology and ingredients. There are loads to choose from, and the dough is made on-site (not frozen like some of the other places) and baked in-house daily. Applewalnut, multigrain, French baguette, brioche, sourdough, and spicy jalapeño cheese are just a few of the available varieties. There is a "design your own" sandwich bar where you select your bread, spreads, meats, and cheeses and a friendly counter person assembles your masterpiece while you wait. There is also a "build your own" salad bar and of course, the pastries – tarts, cakes, pies, Danishes, and more will delight your taste buds.
